Circular Connectors

Sealcon LLC offers circular connections in a variety of configurations, including: M16 Signal Push-Pull, M23 Signal Stainless Steel, M23 RJ45 Industrial Ethernet, M23 Power, and M16 Signal. M16 Signal Push-Pull (straight/female thread) connectors come in sizes ranging from 0.08" to 0.35", they have operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 125°C, a panel-mounting/dual function configuration, and amp ratings ranging from 8 to 20A. Additional features include: EMI readiness, 28 AWG wire gauges, voltages ranging from 160 to 400 V, and IP67/69 pressure ratings. These connectors are constructed from gold plating, brass alloy, aluminum, and nickel-plated brass materials.

HiRel Connectors, Inc. offers a variety of circular connectors, including: Mil-Spec, Micro & Micro D, Hermetic, Filtered, and Environmental. MIL-DTL-38999 Series connectors have operating temperatures ranging from -85 to +392°F, contact sizes ranging from 22D to 12, a continuous axial load range from 10 to 25 lbs, a minimum of 500 mating cycles, and DC test amperage ranging from 1.5 to 23. These connectors have a class C, K, W, and Y corrosion resistance that can withstand 500 hours of salt spray. They are fluid resistant to oils, coolants, solvents, and other fuels.

Milnec Interconnect Systems, LLC is a supplier and manufacturer of high performance interconnect systems. Circular connector products offered include quick disconnect waterproof crimp connectors, power and signal crimp connectors, splash proof solder connectors and power and signal solder connectors.

Estco Enterprises offers circular connectors in signal, push-pull, and power configurations. Signal connectors have amp ratings ranging from 8 to 20, voltages ranging from 150 to 400, temperatures ranging from -40 to 257°F, and wire gauges ranging from 28 to 12 AWG. Push-pull connectors have a panel mounted/dual function, locking grooves, and can be easily connected/disconnected even under restricted working conditions. M23 Power connectors have contacts ranging from 2 to 6, amp ratings ranging from 8 to 28, voltages from 300 to 800, and wire gauge ranges from 24 to 12 AWG.

Positronic Industries, Inc. offers King Cobra, GH Series, and Front Runner circular connectors. King Cobra connectors have contact current ratings to 20 amps, right angle/straight PCB mount options, and environmental options to IP65. GH Series connectors have nominal contact current ratings to 7.5 amps, straight solder/solder cup terminations, a "twist spring" locking device, and solid machined contacts. Front Runner connectors have machined contacts from solid copper alloy, EMI/RFI shielding, electroless nickel-plating, and thermocouple contact options.

Air Electro, Inc. offers 8525 Series Hermetically Sealed and 8525 Series Aluminum Sealed circular connectors. 8525 Series Hermetically Sealed connectors have male contact types, large flange 02 H version backshell types, and the following shell types: jam nut receptacle, square flange receptacle, and solder fixing receptacle. 8525 Series Aluminum Sealed circular connectors come with #16 minicoax contacts, RFI shielding plugs, and it comes in environmental stainless steel versions upon request. Shell types offered include: plug, jam nut receptacle, square flange receptacle, and RFI shielded plug.

CDM Electronics, Inc. offers MIL-DTL-5015 Series III and MIL-DTL-26482 Series 2 Circular Connectors. MS3454 single hole mount receptacles features a threading coupling mechanism, a rear release contact retention system, 14 shell sizes, polarization by insert (per MIL-STD-1669), and multiple gauge crimp contacts (per MIL-C-39029). These connectors are constructed from a variety of materials, including: carbon steel, cadmium, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel, etc. MS3470 Narrow Flange Recepticles feature environment fluorosilicone elastomers, polarization by insert rotation (per MIL-STD-1669), a bayonet coupling mechanism, and a rear release contact retention system. These connectors are constructed from nickel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials.

Fisher Connectors offers the following circular connectors: brass, UltiMate, aluminum, plastic, and high density miniature. These connectors come in plug or receptacle configurations, and they are cable or panel mounted.

March Electronics, Inc. offers Class L circular power connectors. These connectors have shell sizes ranging from 32 to 44, Amp ratings ranging from 60 to 100, a durable aluminum alloy construction, and cable/panel mounting options. They have MIL-DTL-22992 ratings, keyway positions ranging from normal to 150°, and socket/pin contact styles.

Amphenol Alden Products Co. offers Pulse-Lok auto-coupling circular connectors in a variety of configurations, including: plastic shell, metal shell, field-installable, medical disposable, medical reusable, auto-terminating, plated plastic, etc. These connectors are IP67 rated, waterproof, impact resistant, EMI/RFI shielded, etc. They have up to 78 poles, multiple contact terminations, up to 14 standard color configurations, they are flex/strain/impulse resistant, etc.

AMETEK HCC Industries offers circular connectors for the aerospace and defense industries. Rugged Gigabit Ethernet circular connectors are available in MIL-C-24321 and D389999 configurations. They are ETL certified to CAT 6 and TIA/EIA 568 CAT 5E. HSC Series MIL-C-19572 connectors have contact sizes ranging from 16 to 20, Amps ranging from 7.5 to 17, a maximum drop potential of 0.020 V, and up to 675 pressures equivalent to 50,000 ft.

MS Electronix, Inc. offers commercial circular connectors in a variety of sizes and configurations. DM-Deutsch connectors have P-pin, and S-socket contact styles. These connectors have contacts ranging from 3 to 25, insert arrangements ranging from 3 to 61, and the following polarizations: N, W, X, Y, B, and C.

Spectrum Control offers filtered circular connectors. These connectors have a minimum 5 Gigohm, a 30 milliohm maximum D.C. resistance, working voltages up to 200°C DC, capacities up to 20,000 pF, and a 4% maximum dissipation factor.

Connectronics offers specialized circular interconnectors for a variety of applications, including nuclear, X-ray/laser equipment, hermetically sealed interconnects, thermocouple, space environment, and nuclear. These connectors have high currents to 1000 Amperes, high temperatures to +250°C, and high and/or low voltage options. X-Ray and Laser Equipment interconnectors can operate up to 100,000 volts, and come in coaxial and triaxal designs available for laser applications.

Powertech Controls offers HARAX circular connectors. These connectors have contact ranges from 3 to 4, male and female insert types, and wire gauges from 0.14 to 0.75 mm2.
